Thank You En Raffi

You might wonder who is he? Who is En Raffi? He was my superior before he moved to MISA. Anyway, thanks En Raffi for inviting us from MISC KL to MISA for the "meriah" Open House.

We left the office at 12 noon making our way to Port Klang through NKVE. There was 5 of us in Latio; Halis, Che Pah, Mui, Zura and me. While, Syed drove his grand lavina too with Champa, Vi, Zaitul, Eva and Nurul. Anyway, they took loooong detour to Pulau Indah before reaching Port Klang.

After we have stuffed ourselves with all the good foods; En Raffi brought us to his office and a tour around MISA.

Photo Blog: A Trip to Opah Midah's House

My 1st Trip to Kuala Kangsar

Hi there.. last week, i went to Kuala Kangsar. My mummy told me it is my tok daddy's hometown. I woke up really early that day as we will be strating the journey in the morning. At 9am, we cruised the highway to KK in the big and comfy Estima so that we can reach there just in time for lunch.

After waiting for 3 hours in the car, we have finally arrived in KK. Nice and peaceful town. First, we stop for lunch. Tok daddy brought us to the most famous place for laksa in KK, Restoran Laksa Pak Ngah. Pak Ngah sold laksa since the year 1955. During that time, he was on his motorbike going around KK to sell laksa.

After lunch, tok daddy brought us to his Alma Mater, MCKK and Clifford High School. Uncle Syear, you went to this school too?

Lastly, we visited opah midah in Ribu before going back to KL that day.

Open House!! Who's House

The time of the year has come again for the "open house" fever. It has been a culture now in KL where people only visits their friends/relatives during open house. So, when there are a lot of open houses, traffic jams will be everywhere. To make it worse, it rains. And the conclusion is you'll be spending your time in your lovely car rather than your friends lovely home. Well, that's what happen to me a couple of years ago.

Actually, today's event refresh my memory. Everywhere JAM.. Jalan Jelatek - jam. MRR2 - jam. Jalan Ampang - jam. Jalan Taman Kosas - jam. Jalan Kerja Air Lama in front of Petronas - also jam. Dengan kata lain, all routes going out from Ampang Jaya are JAM. When Syawal ends, things will be back to normal.

So.. whats about your open house invitation? Definitely, my pda is full with invitations now. I even have 3 invitations in 1 day. Gosh!! Noon - midnite is the prime time for open house. So, if you want to organize an open house, try inviting your guest for breakfast. Odd isn't it? No laa.. I just went to the breakfast open house this morning, hosted by one of our neighbours. Breakfast open house can be the next "in-thing" when we are so caught-up with numerous invitations during the prime time.

Already 3am.. signing off people. got to wake up early tomorrow. family trip to Perak, visiting my papa's hometown.

Meet Raees Imran

Hi!! My name is Raees Imran. Some of my aunty's, mummy's friends and daddy's friends call me Waeesh Imwan, baby Im or even Raees Shin Chan. i dont know why. But, i still prefer Raees Imran. I am now 8 months old. I can sit up straight and giggle.

I was born on 14 January 2008 at Ampang Putri Specialist Hospital. Since i was very excited to see the world, i came out early by 1 month. Of course my mummy and daddy are very-very happy even though they are anxious when i was put into the incubator for 2 days. When i was out i saw my nanny, tok daddy, aunt ain, aunt ija and uncle man circling me with a grin.

When i came back home, my daddy told me that my tok mama, tok ayah, mama, bapak, acik and uncle gedd came to visit me. I welcome them all with a loud cry. To add to my hapiness, my mummy told me that i have 2 cousins; kakak ayin and abang yam.

That's all from me for now.. Thank you to uncle's and aunty's for giving me a lot and lot of presents for welcoming me to the world.

Salam Aidilfitri

It's been a while that we do not write anything in our blog. well, this would be my first time blogging as this blog was created by my wife; sha. however, it seems that everybody blogged now, i have to have the "IN thing". BLOG.

Going back to the original title, i would like to wish salam aidilfitri to the readers. this year would be the first year that we celebrated raya with our beloved son. based on "sistem giliran", this year is kedah, my hometown. of course my mother was very delighted when she knows that her grandson will be coming back for raya. the traffic was rather smooth to and fro. the celebration was quite simple and raees collects a lot of duit raye. don't worry people, its gonna go to raees own Yippie account.
